Dex Ventures Pte Ltd – Digital Media Intern

Purpose of Job
This Intern will be primarily responsible for the day-to day liaison with DEX’s internal team for the execution of tasks for our Singapore or (Regional) clientele - this includes managing ongoing client retainer/project needs such as social media, creative, reporting, digital media buys, web development and liaising with our partners and vendors who oversee related aspects of services rendered. The tasks are mostly internal liaisons with one (1) client that will be assigned to this intern for client liaison.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand briefs and break down into tasks for further collaboration with fellow team mates in delivering the client’s requirements.
• Manage timelines of task deliverables with the internal team to ensure that client’s deadline are met promptly and meeting outlined expectations from the brief. 
• Maintain and foster good working relationship with DEX’s partners and vendors 
• Liaise with one (1) client and ensure that timelines set with client are realistic for internal team execution.

• Eager to learn. 

Requirement

• Interest in New Media Communications, Digital Marketing, Advertising, PR, OR related field 
• MUST be fluent in English 
• Applicants with sound knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, copywriting skills, technically well-versed in new online platforms and tools, and/or experience in writing and editing content for social media platforms are highly encouraged to apply. 
• Preference will be given to applicants who are willing to learn, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
