Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day operations of the Paid Digital Media programs (display, video, social and search), maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.

* Come up with digital campaign strategy and tactics based on client’s business goal and campaign objective.

* Work closely with various vendors to run digital campaigns smoothly and successfully

* Execute bidding strategies across clients from various industry verticals, helping to achieve defined objectives & KPI’s.

* Devise and Execute A/B tests to drive continuous optimization, bringing learnings in to future campaign activities

* Measure and analyse results. Prepare regular reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly) on what is working, what is not and propose adjustments to strategies and tactics or recommendations for future campaigns

* Understand organizational and product goals and map them to specific project deliverables.

* Support the direct supervisor or mentor on offline media planning and coordination like TV, Press, Magazine, Radio, OOH and Cinema and consolidating the recommendation in Power Point or Excel formats which are “approval ready” for clients under minimal supervision.

* Coordinate with finance and DAN brands to ensure material submission and billing reaches the client in a timely fashion

Key Experience & Attributes:

* Experience with tools like Adwords, DBM, DS, DCM, Facebook Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, will be good but not necessary

* Interested in managing paid media campaigns for local & regional clients.

* Interested in writing paid search ad copies, trafficking, tagging & executing A/B tests

* High level of Excel knowledge, including pivot tables, charts and formulae desirable but not essential

* Solid quantitative/analytical skills and strong attention to detail.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting recommendations to all management levels as well as coordinating with publishers and media partners

* Enthusiastic and confident individual with the ability to interact well with people on a personal and professional level and to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.

Time split:

Media planning, execution and reporting 70%

Managing clients 10%;

Publisher coordination 20%;
