Job Description

Business Development / Account Management Intern (Full-time, Sem 1)


Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for the company's main sources of revenue by onboarding and retaining merchant partners on our mobile app
  • Manage relationships with our 400+ merchants, work with them towards long-term, sustainable and mutually beneficial partnerships 
  • Analyze insights from past partnerships, execute strategies to boost revenues for merchant partners and for dateideas 
  • Crucial in shaping the future direction of our dateideas Merchant Portal and its features 
  • Set challenging monthly targets and consistently nail them 
  • Understand key business metrics and basic levers on how to impact them (MAU, DAU, CAC, LTV, number of transactions, average profits per transaction, etc.) 

Requirements: 

  • Passionate about our mission of empowering couples’ relationships 
  • Excellent negotiation, account management and people skills required
  • Inspirational and competent, capable of influencing and motivating your team with a common vision and goal 
  • Analytical and data-driven, and with strong sales skills 
  • Extraordinarily capable, intelligent and resilient
