For example, since 2011, we started to introduce reduced sucrose and sucrose-free growing up milks for children in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Managed and work with e-retailers eg Lazada, Qoo10, Honestbee, Redmart, Shopee for timely promotion executions
- Work with all internal teams to optimize traffic using all levers (media, search, social, partnerships…) and ensure cross-channel synergies and optimize customer experience
- Coordinate with digital team for timely social posts executions
- Design and optimise all promotional visuals
- Regularly monitor and analyze performance metrics of marketing campaigns and build processes of increasing efficient return on marketing dollars through data-driven decision making.
- Measure and report performance of all e-Commerce promotion campaigns
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Oversee performance & optimization of all E-Commerce activities
- Monitor the customer experience and purchase path to improve purchase rate (frequency, conversion, average order size) on all devices (web, mobile…) and leverage data to deploy & adapt the strategy
