Main Task 1: Operational Assistant Job duties
· Support market manager by arranging meetings, coordinate visitor’s schedules, prepare & attend meetings and take minutes
· Communicate with overseas distributors and FUSO HQ by email/phone, compiling orders forecast and collects new product requests.
· Create marketing material with the support of market managers
· Evaluate position of products and price making comparison with competitors
Main Task 2: Administrative Assistance Job duties
· Monitor regularly market situation, trends, forecast, competitor’s activities and market share and make report to the management
· Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions with the support of market managers
· Compiling of sales data and other core KPI of market management team and support with preparation of reporting criteria
· Provides information by answering questions and requests learned during work experience.
· Provide volume forecast to HQ, informing production data and shipping status to distributors
Other Tasks
· Contributes to team spirit by bringing in fresh and new ideas.
· Share insights obtained during the internship period and propose points of improvement from a third party point of view
