We are a young and dynamic team that is driving the development of the sales process of the future with a strong focus on providing memorable moments to our customer with modern processes, applications and an integrated system landscape. Our main task is to overlook the sales & business process blueprint while taking ownership of the strategic development of our IT systems for Mercedes-Benz Cars across Region Overseas.
We are looking for a motivated individual who helps us to communicate our vision to our customers in the markets across the globe and to our stakeholders in the headquarter environment. You will support a team of product owners to make the product strategy and big picture visible, understandable and tangible to a wide, internal audience. In addition, you will push for communication of our initiatives via our internal company communication platform: the social intranet.
Your Main Tasks will include:
- Support product owners in documenting processes and process improvements
- Creation of user guides to capture new product features in our monthly releases
- Management of the department’s social intranet page
- Design and development of communication plan
- Plan, maintain and update the social intranet on a daily basis
- Development of ideas for user-generated content
- Creation of content (articles, videos, interviews, etc.)
- Ability to story tell and build excitement around key initiatives
- Editing of images and videos
- Best practice research on content creation
- Measure customer engagement
Preferred Skillsets
- Very good ability to comprehend complex topics and ability to explain those to a non-familiar audience
- Excellent communication skills; both written and spoken
- Creativity
- Passion and ease of writing
- Basic knowledge in image editing programs (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign or similar) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere or similar)
- Interest in process mapping, communications, corporate communications, PR
- Eye for detail
- Basic technical understanding preferred
- Highly motivated independent worker with minimum guidance required
- Ability to work in an international and intercultural context
