The objective is to support the DSC team in the development of digital products by performing a range of support related activities as part of one or more product focused scrum teams. Duties also include various general administrative, coordination, meeting setup and minute taking tasks.
1. Working with the Innovation Lead on customer journey mapping, customer focused feedback and the development of proof of concepts.
2. Supporting the DSC Tech Team by coordinating minutes, powerpoint presentation and Agile Scrum team support activities.
3. Become an active Scrum Team member in support related activities working on a variety of Digital Projects.
4. Take the lead in the ideation, development and launch of proof of concepts based on customer feedback and business problem statements.
- Currently studying or completed Bachelor degree in IT, business, visual design, marketing or related fields
- Basic understanding of digital technologies and platforms such as social media, digital marketing trends in technology etc
- Basic understanding of the Scrum methodology
- Experience in the use of Photoshop and/or prototyping tools
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams
- Able to communicate – in writing, verbally, and visually; and ability to reduce complex subjects to succinct information
