Job Description
- Provide a “fresh-eye” perspective and report on the opportunities for process streamlining and/or automation post observation.
- Review current automation initiatives specific to the Service Demand Management team and pinpoint areas to strengthen.
- Review current reports/templates. Propose and make enhancements.
- Future-proof current reports and templates to ensure that it is user-friendly and suitable for self-help/ self-service.
- Review logic of SQL scripts to ensure robustness and flexibility for automation and self-help.
- Passion for learning.
Job Requirements
Technical skills:
- Basic understanding of Finance (must have)
- MSSQL scripting (strong plus)
- SQL reporting services (strong plus)
- VBA and MS Access (strong plus)
- Web programming language such asC#/ASP.NET/JavaScript (strong plus)
- Proficiency in User Experience tools(strong plus)
- Data science with its related tools such asR, Python (nice to have)
Soft skills:
- Process-oriented with a keen eye fordetails.
- Enjoys problem solving and is analytical.
- Organized and self-driven.
