We are looking for an individual to help drive Cyrus’s mission from the inside out by supporting HR team in our people operation processes and initiatives. This role is suitable for someone looking to learn the foundations of human resources through real-world experience.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of recruitment process, including pre-screening, on-site interviews, offering of employment and onboarding
  • Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/ online channels and other social platforms and professional networks
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
  • To organize and participate in the relevant career events and local job fairs to broaden hiring needs
  • Liaise and work closely with hiring manager on recruitment needs and deliver consistent and timely manpower results
  • Manage and prioritize and close jobs in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain up to date employee records in HRMS and electronic P-files
  • Support the automation and enhancement of internal processes and workflows
  • Assist in gathering HR metrics and data to support reporting of HR trends and performancePrepare internal communications material including but not limited to EDMs and posters
  • Assist in HR projects and other HR initiatives when required


Who We Are Looking For

  • Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent
  • 2 years of work experience as a recruiter is an added advantage, fresh grad encouraged to apply
  • Good knowledge of local employment legislation and fair employment guidelines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to work with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
  • Competent in MS Word and Excel, Office, Canva
  • Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Creative in brainstorming and proposing new ideas and solutions to existing problems
  • Able to start immediately or on a short notice
