Position - Account business intern

Scope

To support the team in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations across multiple accounts through impeccable execution of fundamental tasks for the agency and clients spanning public relations, social media, and integrated communications. You will assist in strategy, through writing the brief and overseeing the production of ad campaigns.

What We Want

• Able to support account management and wider team with general client liaison and administration
• Coordinates activity, ensuring projects and plans deliver against objectives and on time / budget, and schedules meetings
• Assist in organizing and execution of events, media drops, etc
• Communicate with key spokespeople, liaise with and answer enquiries from media / influencers
• Manage influencers and KOL programs including identifying potential influencer collaborations and overseeing all communication with influencers

What We Need

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you are a good listener, able to write well, can express opinions clearly, and eager to perform in group discussions like presentations and brainstorms
• Ability to re-prioritise while operating within a fast paced environment, while continuously maintaining attention to detail, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
• Energetic, and outgoing, with strong interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not essential
