Customade Costume has a massive collection of over 20,000 costumes and 15,000 accessories with a wide selection of categories! This includes retro-fever, around-the-world costumes, mighty superheroes, evil villains and wacky mascots just to name a few.
Through this internship, you will get to see how the company runs from back end and how raw materials come in from all over the world to create the magic we produce. Gain the opportunity to work closely with various functions of the company, including the production team, sales team and of course with many different local and international suppliers. Get hands-on with the sourcing, purchasing and bringing in of the raw materials on time.

- Work closely with international suppliers to bring in raw materials on time for production.
- Liaise and arrange for imports and exports with various freight companies.
- Support procurement activities, ensuring completeness, compliance and timeliness of stock.
- Carry out validation, reconciliation and coordination works for purchasing.
- Assist in establishment of inventory management system.
Requirements
- Pursuing in Diploma in logistic and supply chain management or similar
- Positive and proactive attitude with a drive to get things done
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbal English
- Ability to communicate with Chinese-speaking suppliers.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office
