Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing and reviewing office systems, including data management and filing;
- arranging travel, and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the managing director to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;
- screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
- organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
- dealing with incoming email, and post, often corresponding on behalf of the managing director;
- carrying out background research and presenting findings;
- preparing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
- organising and attending meetings and ensuring the managing director is well prepared for meetings;
- liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
- office administration, HR and accounting support
- supporting execution of projects, conference, activities, events and meetings
- managing projects

Educational qualifications
- Degree or diploma in business administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience as personal assistant / personal secretary to a senior executive in a small office environment
Start date: Immediate or on short notice
Remuneration: Excellent, based on qualification and experience
