Job Description

You will get the chance to be part of a rapidly growing organisation in the Fin-Tech space and will have the chance to work directly with a successful CEO as well as be part of a fun, driven and outgoing team!

The Successful Applicant

  • Perform inbound/outbound sales and service calls with excellent telephone etiquette and strong communication skills
  • Attend to inquiries via phone call, email and walk-in in a professional manner
  • Understanding of Know Your Customer and Enhanced Due Diligence requirements
  • Handle loan administrative and loan processing
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a FinTech start-up environment
  • Assist with general administrative and servicing duties

Job Requirements 

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline (fresh grads candidate will be considered) or GCE 'A' level equivalent
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team with a strong desire for excellence
  • Open to work on staggered / rotational shifts including Weekends and Public Holidays to support shift operation
  • Competitive hourly/daily salary based on experience and performance
  • Able to commit a minimum 02 days per week
  • Continuous professional development through a comprehensive training and development program
