The Successful Applicant
- Perform inbound/outbound sales and service calls with excellent telephone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Attend to inquiries via phone call, email and walk-in in a professional manner
- Understanding of Know Your Customer and Enhanced Due Diligence requirements
- Handle loan administrative and loan processing
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a FinTech start-up environment
- Assist with general administrative and servicing duties
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline (fresh grads candidate will be considered) or GCE 'A' level equivalent
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team with a strong desire for excellence
- Open to work on staggered / rotational shifts including Weekends and Public Holidays to support shift operation
- Competitive hourly/daily salary based on experience and performance
- Able to commit a minimum 02 days per week
