Job Description

Are you a strategic thinker looking for a stepping stone into the world of digital marketing?

Join us to gain guided training and hands-on experience across content marketing, campaign execution, and growth strategies. You’ll work closely with our team on both client projects and in-house initiatives — contributing to meaningful work that drives real results.

What you will get to learn:

You will gain insight into how digital marketing strategies are developed and executed to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions across multiple online platforms.You’ll also gain practical experience in:

  • Campaign management and optimization

  • Analytics and reporting

  • Content planning across different industries

  • Market research and competitor analysis

Upon completion of the internship, you will receive a recommendation letter, with a strong chance of full-time conversion after six months.

 

Responsibilities

  • Proposal Creation:
    Collaborate with account managers and designers to develop well-structured, compelling proposals that align with client briefs and industry best practices.

  • Content Planning:
    Develop and manage content calendars for both internal channels and client accounts, ensuring engaging, on-brand content tailored to various audiences and platforms.

  • Digital Campaign Assistance:
    Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, email, and websites. Assist with ad copywriting, asset creation, and landing page optimization to improve campaign results.

  • Market Research & Reporting:
    Assist with SEO, SEM, and analytics reporting. Conduct competitor and market research to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.

  • Team Collaboration:
    Attend weekly meetings to review progress, brainstorm creative ideas, and align on strategy. You may also join client meetings to gather insights or present content plans.


Who we are looking for

  • Proactive and Team Player:
    Must be proactive in seeking opportunities, contributing ideas, and collaborating effectively with team members. A team player who can thrive in a collaborative environment.

  • Fast Self-Learner:
    Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, tools, and industry trends to adapt to the fast-paced nature of digital marketing.

  • Articulate Communication:
    Strong communication skills to articulate ideas clearly, present proposals confidently with the team, and handle client pitches effectively.


Qualifications

  • Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident currently enrolled in a local university.

  • Diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field(Fresh grads and entry-level applicants are welcome)

  • Strong command of written and spoken English

  • Demonstrated experience or interest in social media content creation and proposal writing.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

  • Familiarity with SEO and core digital marketing concepts is highly desirable

  • (Optional but great to have) Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CMS platforms, email marketing tools, or social media scheduling tools


Working Hours

  • Mondays – Fridays: 9.30am – 6.30pm

  • This role is a hybrid (In office/remote days will be re-arranged at the discretion of management)

  • Potential full-time opportunity once the internship is completed.
