• Consistency in daily servicing, update of accounts & building clients’ relationship.
• Source, assist prepare and participate in tender and develop new accounts. 
• Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
• Prepare promotional presentations
• Meeting and liaising with the clients to discuss and identify there advertising requirement. 
• Briefing of media, creative and research staff, and assisting with the formulating of marketing strategies. 
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of designers, project managers and suppliers. 
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned by the manager, especially organise marketing events.

Requirement : 

• A responsible team player and is passionate, self motivated with a strong desire to achieve good results in fast-paced environment. 
• Strong writing and speaking skills, proficient in both English & Chinese.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Strong in cold emailing and cold calling 
• Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business Studies/ Management / Mass – Communication or related disciplines.
