About the Role:
We are looking for a Marketing & Design Intern to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone starting their career in marketing and design, eager to learn, and excited to contribute creative ideas in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
You will assist in content creation, campaign execution, and designing visuals for both online and offline marketing platforms. You’ll work closely with our senior marketing team and gain hands-on experience across multiple F&B brands.

- Assist in designing marketing collaterals, including social media creatives, posters, menus, EDMs, and in-store visuals
- Support the team in creating and scheduling content for various social media platforms
- Participate in brainstorming and conceptualising marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
- Assist in photoshoots and video shoots for content creation
- Ensure brand guidelines and aesthetics are consistently applied across all designs and marketing assets
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, social media aesthetics, and F&B marketing practices
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support ongoing campaigns

Requirements:
- Pre-Diploma or Pre-Degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- Basic skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Interest in social media trends and content creation
- Strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of photography or videography is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred to support our marketing materials
- No prior F&B experience required, but passion for food, drinks, and lifestyle branding is a big plus!
