Responsible for the service operation of the restaurant 

Anticipate guest needs and deliver service promptly

Follow Standard Operating Procedures of the hotel. 

Ensure that buffet stations are all set up with food items and tables are set in accordance to SOP before meal period.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant at all times.

Any other adhoc duties assigned by managers 


Job Requirements

Ability to work rotational shift, weekends and public holidays 

Guest service oriented 

Positive mindset and keen to gain work experience

Working location - Non Halal Penang, Western or Chinese Restaurant
