If you love food, and don’t mind an expanding waistline, this is the role for you. The digital marketing intern plays an integral role in the development of the online marketing strategy for COMO Dempsey and its F&B establishments. You will help maintain our presence on various social media platforms, create and publish content that is relevant to our customer base, as well as to analyse trends and activity. You will also be given the opportunity to gain experience in paid advertising campaigns and tools used to assess their performance.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in crafting social media content for Facebook and Instagram and the execution of paid advertising campaigns
- Ensure social media content are scheduled in a timely manner on Facebook and Instagram
- Respond to posts or comments to bring value to user’s interactions with the business
- Research on relevant articles, stories, resources that is relevant to our customer base to encourage interaction on social media channels.
- Produce creative and mouth-watering pictures and videos of dishes/ cooking videos to be developed into content for the social media channels
- Website maintenance
REQUIREMENTS
- Undertaken or having completed courses in Communications / Marketing or related fields.
- Strong working knowledge of Digital SLR cameras
- Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro and iMovie is a must.
- Knowledge in Search Engine Marketing and paid social advertising is a plus
- Adventurous with food and drinks
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TripAdvisor.
