What you'll be doing
- Working in a team to facilitate smooth execution and timely completion of all events
- Ideating and conceptualising events based on client's brief
- Stakeholder management
- Preparation, co-ordination and dissemination of various periodic reports and presentation materials
- Assisting in management of project timeline and budget
- Conduct post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders)
Who we are looking for
- Curious and have a keen interest in the MICE industry
- Resilient and able to perform under pressure
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Works well in a team and has great initiatives
- Independent learner
- Meticulous and has an eye for detail
