ComfortDelGro Corporation Ltd – Campaign Creators / Marketing Analytics Intern

ComfortDelGro is one of the world’s largest land transport companies with global operations spanning across seven countries – Singapore, Australia, China, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Vietnam, and Malaysia. 

The campaign performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing integrated digital marketing initiatives from campaign planning to execution and dashboard monitoring. He or she is expected to be result- and data-driven and should have some knowledge and understanding of digital marketing channels, digital content generation tools and e-commerce platforms.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Use CleverTap tools to create campaigns to target the app users
• Track and generate data from these campaigns to report the weekly KPI
• Monitor and analyze digital campaign and e-commerce performance, to prepare regular reports to stakeholders and report KPI
• Maintain and upkeep current campaign excel and reports 
• Collect market dynamics, customer insight and competitive landscape information through digital channels 
• Pilot test emerging digital tools and technologies for ROI and online customer experience improvement

Requirements:

• Basic Analytics and data certification
• Excellent analytical and project management skills
• High sense of responsibility 
• Strong communication skills 
• Fluent in spoken and written English 
• Willing to explore all types of digital tools
