Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support the HR team in administrative tasks, data management, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities. This temporary role (3 – 6 months) is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR operations.

Job Scope

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and document management
  • Support the team in ad hoc HR projects and tasks
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for HR systems
  • Guide stakeholders on the new HR systems
  • Assist stakeholders with any queries related to HR systems
  • Assist in recruitment related matters such as post job advertisement, facilitate selection and assessment of applicants
  • Other ad-hoc duties / projects as assigned.

 

Job Requirement

  • Min O/ A level, Undergraduate or Graduated /Diploma/Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to start work immediately
