Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage Asia Pacific region automotive accounts.
· Plan, coordinate and manage regional launch events (test drive and training events)
· Forge strong, trusting relationships with clients through effective communication.
· Work closely with vendors including production houses for conceptualisation and production of product videos.
· Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Experience:
· At least 1-2 years experience in Marketing/Client Servicing/Production/Events
Skills:
· Cultural intelligence to perform in a multinational team.
· Effective problem solving and management skills in client service operations.
· Maintain a positive attitude and provide exemplary client service.
· Resourceful and able to think on the feet.
· Self-motivated and able to move work forward independently.
· Express thoughts clearly in written and verbal communication.
· Prioritise tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
· Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office).
Other:
· Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required.
· Overseas travel may be required.
· Able to commit by End April to November.
Qualifications:
· Diploma/Bachelor’s degree
