Job Description

Key responsibilities: 

Working with members of the Human Resource team, the incumbent will be responsible for the following:

  • Assist in planning and enhancing our talent acquisition initiatives, such as planning and supporting the early career internship programme
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop internal communication and branding strategies to enhance employer branding, such as for our corporate website, career pages and internal newsletters
  • Support in the coordination and execution of engagement activities during campus events such as career fairs, information sessions and networking events
  • Provide recruitment administrative support, including maintaining candidate databases and organising recruitment materials.
  • Support the team with the onboarding of our new HRIS system, i.e. DarwinBox, including supporting the UAT of the recruitment module, reviewing data accuracy for system upload, preparing communication material and providing project management support.
  • Participate in other HR projects as needed.

 Knowledge/ Experience Required:

Pursuing a degree in a relevant field of study such as HR or Business

  • Familiarity with early careers and talent acquisition initiatives
  • Passionate about working on HR projects
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Organized, motivated and strong prioritization capabilities
  • Self-starter and effective team player with ability to demonstrate initiative and work well with minimal supervision and within tight timeframes
