Role Summary

As a Marketing & Creative Content Intern, you’ll support our marketing team in creating content that drives real results across social media, websites, and campaigns. You’ll learn how a modern agency runs—while building a portfolio of work you can actually be proud of.

Key Responsibilities

1) Content Creation

• Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts (concept → script → captions → basic edits).

• Design static posts (carousels, promos, announcements)

• Write captions that match brand voice and drive engagement (not generic fluff).

• Repurpose content across platforms (e.g., one Reel → 3 posts + 5 stories).

2) Marketing Support

• Assist in content planning (weekly/monthly calendars).

• Research trends, hooks, competitor content, and campaign angles.

• Support basic campaign coordination: assets, deadlines, feedback tracking.

3) Copywriting (Light but important)

• Draft simple marketing copy for:

  • social posts

  • landing pages

  • email newsletters

  • ad copy variations (basic)

• Help ensure grammar, clarity, and brand consistency.

4) Reporting & Learning

• Track content performance (views, watch time, engagement).

• Summarize what worked / what didn’t and propose next ideas.

• Learn internal SOPs (process matters here).

Requirements

• Strong interest in marketing + content (you don’t have to be an expert—just hungry).

• Good writing skills in English

• Can take feedback without melting 

• Organized and reliable: you deliver what you say you’ll deliver.

Good to Have (Bonus, not required)

• Basic video editing: CapCut / Premiere Pro / VN.

• Basic understanding of SEO, Meta ads, Google ads, or analytics.

• Portfolio, TikTok/IG page, or sample work—even personal projects count.
