Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Maintain company website
- Set up Tik Tok, Red Note and Facebook, including running ads
- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional materials (both online and offline marketing strategies)
- Write captions, short-form scripts, and basic marketing copy
- Support content planning and scheduling
- Film and edit short videos (basic editing skills are sufficient)
- Track basic content performance and suggest improvements
Requirements
- Strong interest in marketing, social media, and content creation
- Comfortable appearing on camera or filming/editing content
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Dynamic Meta Tag & Snippet Generation
- Content Optimization Engine
- Discovery & Clustering, Automated Keyword
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
- Experience in education, tutoring, or youth-related content (preferable but not required)
Pay: Highly competitive (with quarterly performance incentives)
Expected hours: 5 days per week (flexible schedule)
