We are looking for someone who can drive brand visibility and support marketing initiatives, developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and support the sales teams in both real estate and mortgage broker services.
What You'll Do:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives, targeting property valuation and both property buyers and mortgage clients.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, including digital platforms, print materials, and events.
Design and execute campaigns to attract and nurture leads for property valuation and mortgage services
Oversee the development of engaging content to educate and attract potential clients.
Manage the company’s online presence, including website updates etc.
Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve ROI and meet KPIs.
Plan and execute promotional events and seminars to engage with potential clients and partners.
Work closely with property valuers, business development team, mortgage advisors, and external agencies to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
