Job Description

Responsibilities:

Business / Revenue acquisition

  • New businesses - scan through ST / BT / websites for relevant events and target clients, obtain the contacts and follow up with e-mail or call contacts
  • Handling / closing ongoing deals (liaising with internal colleagues and 3rd parties only)
  • Assist in daily extraction and analytics for Islamic Banking dept
  • Assist in promotions including internal training / briefing
  • Assist to prepare ad-hoc and monthly reports for Islamic Banking department

Process enhancements

  • Handle / prepare marketing materials, e.g. FAQs, T&Cs on Islamic deposits for both Retail and Wholesale
  • Propose process improvements for Islamic products
  • Handle / prepare presentation slides for pitching to new clients including training
  • System testing for new and existing products


Requirements:

  • Students pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Business / Banking & Finance / Accountancy or related specializations
  • Able to start from beginning of October 2017 onwards, and commit on a full-time / part-time basis (minimally 4 weekdays) for 3 to 4 months
