Choice Advisory Pte Ltd – Recruitment Executive

• Source for suitable candidates through various platforms/channels e.g. Job portals, social media etc.
• Get in touch with & follow up on candidates
• Draft/ update job descriptions as necessary & post job advertisements
• Maintain record of applications, applicant details and resumes
• Assess applications, arrange interviews and conduct initial screening of candidates
• Plan & organise recruitment campaign
• Liaise with tertiary institutions, be updated on school recruitment activities/events e.g. Job fairs
• Handle & follow-through on entire recruitment process
• Collaborate with manager
• Attend to ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Ideal Applicant:

• At least a Diploma/ ‘A’ Levels holder (or currently pursuing Diploma)
• Singaporean or Singapore PR
• Strong interpersonal skills & enjoy meeting people
• Meticulous & careful in administrative / contract matters
• Outspoken & friendly personality
• Initiative & self-driven
• Both independent & a team player’
• Active in activities outside of schoolwork (eg. Members of CCA(s)/clubs/ societies)
