Job Description


  • Source for suitable candidates through various online media platforms/channels eg. Job portals, social media etc.
  • Draft/ update job descriptions as necessary
  • Maintain record of applications, resumes & applicant logs
  • Assess applications, arrange interviews and conduct initial screening of candidates
  • Ensure candidates meet job requirements
  • Follow-up on candidates
  • Go through necessary recruitment documents and contracts with applicants
  • Plan & organise external recruitment campaign
  • Liaise with colleges/universities, review schools and building rapport with potential hires by attending school activities eg. job fairs
  • Handle & follow-through on entire recruitment process
  • On-going communication & collaboration with manager/ supervisor
  • Keep human resource information confidential
  • Attend to ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
  • Should individual show the ability/capacity to, they could assist in training new/existing recruits


Ideal Applicant:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
  • Meticulous & careful in administrative / contract matters
  • Outspoken & friendly personality
  • Some experience in recruitment or majored in human resource/ recruitment or related will be an added advantage
  • Possess strong analytical skills, self-motivated, results driven and a good team player
  • Positive and passionate in people’s industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
