Job Description
- Curates and creates editorial content for our client’s social media channels. The social media intern needs to have a flair for writing content that resonates with the audience.
- Manage the timely updates of content to our client’s social media channels.
- Be involved in local content creation. Propose timely and engaging content and be actively involved with the creative & production team in creating content for our client’s social channels.
- Assist the social media team in implementing campaigns and community engagement strategies and tactics.
- Work closely with client to monitor and moderate daily conversations on our client’s social platform
- Assist to respond promptly to all community inquiries from our client’s social media channels.
- Identifies and reports on community trends and insights to internal teams for future content and campaign planning.
- Support the social media team in brainstorming for new creative ideas for enhancing participation based on community insights.
