Finance Intern (Full-time internship)

We are looking for a meticulous and enthusiastic Finance Intern with a genuine interest in business and accounting to join our Finance team and be involved in our daily finance and accounting operation duties. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the processing of employees’ monthly expense claims
• Assist in ensuring absolute accuracy and timely record of accounting transactions and management reporting and schedules
• Supports preparing outgoing payables and providing payment advice
• Assist with daily journal entries and preparation of basic documents for bank reconciliation
• Preferably proficient in excel and possesses basic accounting knowledge
• Detail oriented, meticulous, and able to handle sensitive information with a high level of accuracy

Intern Requirements and Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
• Effective communication (verbal and written); Good command of the English language
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge or past internship in Finance department, would be a bonus
• Knowledge of SAP, would be a bonus
• This is a conversion-track internship; candidates who demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and a desire for long-term growth within the company will be strongly preferred
