MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle emails
- General admin duties such as data entry and sorting of documents
- Manage & update database records with current business information
- Organizing files and collecting data to be entered into the computer
- Perform ad hoc duties requested by Senior Management.
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Organised and adaptable with the ability to manage own workload
- Good level of data entry with proficiency in Microsoft Words,Excel etc and typing skills
- Flexibility and willingness to learn and ask questions
- Meticulous individuals
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
