Primary Duties:

• Handle reception duties including screening phone calls, attend to visitors, sorting mails, handle courier, etc.
• Attend to visitors and walk-ins
• Handle self-collection pick-ups and receiving parcels and deliveries
• Data entry
• Manage and track inventory for staff uniforms and staff tags
• Provide administrative support to the HR Department
• Arranging interviews and contact candidates for follow up
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

• Graduating students in hospitality or customer service-related course of study are eligible for internship, subject to conversion to full-time position upon successful completion of internship
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A "Can Do" attitude is crucial
• Good interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette
• Able to work independently
• Responsible and meticulous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
