Challenger Technologies Limited – Digital Marketing Intern

We are looking for a creative and resourceful individual who is keen to put his/her creativity into real life projects and increase brand awareness for our products and services. 

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content for social media postings on weekly basis, including graphic design, short videos and copywriting
• Brainstorms and proposes campaign ideas 
• Monitor and manage various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok
• Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
• Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
• Reach out to potential customers or clients and conducts pitching presentations and demonstrations 
• Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
• Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
• Assists in creating marketing performance reports and evaluate effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Participates and assists with related events, initiatives, and programs
• Assist with ad hoc tasks/projects that may arise from time to time

Requirements:

• Current Polytechnic/University student taking relevant course of study
• Knowledge in at least one designing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canvas, etc.)
• Video editing skills will be advantageous 
• Familiar with most social media platforms and their advertising tools
• Creative, with a keen eye for colours and visually attractive graphics
• Proactive, helpful and willing to learn
• Responsible and able to keep to tight deadlines
