Chab Pte Ltd – Accounts Executive Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Book keeping - inputting data into accounting system, post payment/receipts, tracking accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliation
• Prepare cheques and generate payment documentation
• GST and tax reporting
• Handle staff payroll
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Key Requirements:

• Immediate availability
• Diploma in Finance / Accountancy with one to two years' experience
• Experience in accounting software (Xero)
• Strong Interpersonal skills and positive attitude is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
