About the Role
Your key contribution in this role will work towards improving our clients’ business efficiency and effectiveness as part of their digital transformation initiative. You will gain hands-on automation experience of various business processes using RPA software and/or programming. Through the process, you will have the opportunity to self-explore and research for suitable AI/machine learning solutions to boost the capabilities of the automation solutions.
This internship will enable you to gain proficiency in developing and implement AI/ML models; apply technology to achieve desired business outcomes; and develop and apply problem solving skills to resolve common automation challenges. The entire experience also aims to enhance your communication skills and ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels confidently.
Specifically, you will
- Undergo on-the-job training on RPA software and automation best practices
- Partner with stakeholders in identifying business requirements for robotics build
- Develop scripts for RPA projects
- Research, develop and implement appropriate AI/ML models and algorithms for various projects
- Perform rigorous testing and validation of scripts and AI/ML models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and robustness
- Assist in optimizing and fine-tuning scripts and AI/ML models to improve performance and efficiency
- Document and communicate the technical details, progress, and results to team members and stakeholders
- Assist in developing and organizing project documentations
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or relevant discipline
- Proficient in Python programming
- Understanding of machine learning, large language models, computer vision, natural language processing, etc
- Experience with RPA and/or popular AI/ML frameworks and libraries
- Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with an inquisitive mindset
- Able to work independently in a dynamic environment with assigned timelines
