Job Description

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a results-oriented and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

You will have the opportunity to work with leading technologies and key players within the industry. In addition, you will be exposed to the fundamentals of how the Internet works and receive sales processtraining.

You should be a savvy self-starter who embrace challenges, possess an entrepreneurial spirit and comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Our Sales Team articulates compelling value propositions of CDNetworks suite of solutions to meet unique customer needs and resolve critical business challenges. This team will play an integral role in driving incremental business growth, market penetration and overall customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work closely with a team of sales, marketing and technical professionals to drive new businesses by articulating CDNetworks’ solutions to our prospective customers. You will be primarily responsible for prospecting, qualifying and developing inbound leads within assigned geographies.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Convert incoming leads into qualified customer engagements.
  • Identify opportunities for new outbound sales campaigns via prospecting and lead qualification.
  • Report, track and manage sales activities and results via Salesforce.com.
  • Work with Account Managers to penetrate new accounts, identify potential customers, and schedule remote and onsite appointments.
  • Acquire high-level contacts by leveraging sales and lead generation tools.
  • Conduct research on prospective customers, adding valuable information to new and existing accounts.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Quick learner with interest in Internet technology and Cloud Services
  • Aptitude to learn technical concepts and terms.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks / projects simultaneously within deadlines.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, inside sales or lead generation roles within the IT industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms would be a plus.
