Job Description

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a HR Admin Assistant to join our team. This is a 6-month contract role, subject to extension.

You will be responsible for supporting the HR & Admin Team in the full spectrum of human resource management duties including HR compliance, onboarding/orientation, recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, rewards management, learning & development. In addition, you will work with multiple teams within the organisation to support other aspects of the business including Finance, IT, Procurement and Facilities Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties include but not limited to the following:

  • Administration of employee benefits, leave entitlements and work pass applications.
  • Coordinate onboarding/orientation for new employees and manage exit clearance procedures.
  • Support talent acquisition through job postings via multiple channels and managing the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring that they are in compliance with the local employment act.
  • Facilitating training sessions and partnering with global teams to develop training programs.
  • Assist with vendor management, transaction coordination, payments / billing administration and documentation support.
  • Assist in all other ad-hoc HR and administration projects/events when assigned.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Familiar with labour law and employment regulations.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills with an excellent attention to detail.
  • Possess high level of integrity and confidentiality for all business and private matters.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
