Capella Hotel Group Pte. Ltd. – Finance Intern

As a Corporate Finance Intern, you report to the Senior Finance Manager and provides administrative support to the Finance team. Your main responsibility includes recording vendor invoices into accounting system, preparing payment of vendor invoices using electronic banking platform, and recharging of expenses to hotels. 

• Gain exposure to full spectrum of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Learn to ensure all requests for payments are properly authorised and supported by relevant documentation and prompt payment made to suppliers 
• Responsible for claims and reimbursements processing 
• Hone the skills to perform inter-company billings for expenses paid on behalf 
• Opportunity to prepare all Capella Hotel Group reimbursable billings and fee billings including but not limited to Management Fees, Marketing Fees, Technical Services Fee and Branding Fees 
• Develop your skills in financial analysis by preparing monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations. 
• Any other adhoc duties
