& Co.’s inaugural project, Gallery & Co., is a progressive retail and F&B destination with a bookstore, café, bar and store in a continuous space. Job Description

Responsibilities

  • AP - Ensuring all payments, including petty cash, are recorded accurately and made in a timely fashion
  • AR - Monitoring sales and collections including generating of invoices and receiving payment
  • Providing assistance to management and stakeholders in finance-related queries
  • Performing bank reconciliationAdhering to the company's financial policies and procedures
  • Data entry - Maintaining various financial spreadsheets
  • Ensuring timely issuance of monthly sales reports to suppliers
  • Processing and preparing financial and business forms
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accountancy, Banking or Finance
  • Possess initiative and a positive attitude
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented and well-organised
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Efficient multitasker
  • Fast and eager learner
  • Able to prioritise and coordinate work to meet deadlines
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Knowledge in QuickBooks (preferred)
