Responsibilities:
Represent the company professionally as a frontline employee.
Identify and respond to customers’ needs by providing appropriate technical advice.
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders such as customers, contractors, and workshop personnel.
Prepare quotations and raise work orders as required.
Issue job orders to workshops and contractors.
Liaise with controllers and contractors on service or repair quality and pricing.
Follow up with workshops and contractors on vehicle servicing or repairs, and provide timely updates to customers.
Maintain and update service/repair schedules and vehicle collection status with customers.
Conduct basic investigations into customer complaints and recommend corrective actions within company guidelines.
Escalate complex or urgent issues to Supervisors when necessary.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors.
Requirements:
Singaporeans or Permanent Residents only.
GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level, NITEC, or Diploma qualification.
1–3 years of customer service or administrative experience, preferably in the automotive or workshop industry.
Good command of English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proactive, independent, and a good team player with a positive attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
