Job Description

Part-Time Operations & Admin Assistant

* Bright Culture Tuition Centre

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Part-Time Operations & Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our tuition centre.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable handling both administrative and simple operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Courier and assist with the delivery of study materials when required

  • Order snacks, supplies, and teaching materials for the centre

  • Reply to basic enquiries from parents and students (guidelines provided)

  • Assist with filling up claims and processing payments for vendors

  • Support general operational needs to ensure smooth centre operations

Working Hours

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays: 6:00pm – 9:30pm

  • Saturdays: 8:30am – 6:30pm

Remuneration

  • $14 – $15 per hour, depending on experience
    Salary will be according to commitment

Requirements

  • Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable with basic admin tasks and WhatsApp communication

  • Able to follow instructions carefully and work independently

  • Prior admin or operations experience is a plus, but not required
