The Opportunity

BOW is looking for our very first Design Spartan to work with us on our upcoming Kickstarter Project to raise >$100k (and more…). Be involved in the brainstorming and implementation of creative strategy and direction for marketing creatives.

What you’ll learn

• Develop design concepts for business objectives and goals 
• You'll learn how to deliver value to projects through objective-based design such as developing the style and vision through market analysis and research
• You’ll get to design for business success for creative and effective delivery of marketing campaigns
• Manage various stakeholders and project requirements (Personal growth)
• You’ll have the opportunity to work with our sales and marketing teams to ensure collaterals are delivered on time
• You’ll manage multiple projects with concurrent deadlines, ensuring high quality and accuracy of marketing materials

3. Creation of industry’s standard marketing collaterals

• Under the guidance of our cofounder, you will be working closely with us to produce optimal marketing collaterals suitable for the industry’s standards
• Receive timely feedback about your work during the whole internship period

Responsibilities:

• Brainstorming and execution of marketing collaterals
• Photo-taking and editing
• Video-taking and editing
• Involvement in branding direction of company

Skills Required

• Graphic Design
• Multimedia
• Well versed in design software such as Adobe Ai, Adobe Ps, Adobe Id, Adobe Af & Premiere Pro
