We're looking for someone motivated, driven and results-oriented to lead our sales development channels. You should be able to do whatever it takes to help bring in more customers and partners for the company. If you enjoy working in a high-growth environment, do not tolerate inefficiencies and are relentless in your pursuit for growth, we want to hear from you.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop the growth plan and strategy for partner/customer acquisition
- Systemize these operations through data-driven approach
- Do market and industry research to figure out pain points and potential opportunities
- Hunt down partners and companies who want to find and organize amazing experiences
- Be accountable for increasing revenue, partner acquisition and management of exisiting accounts
- Be creative in nurturing a sales process to actively convert leads
- Work across different teams and functions to shape product features based on data-driven insights
Requirements:
- • Prior experience in outbound/B2B sales would be a plus
- • Your creative juices should be overflowing but at the same time, you should be able to think systematically, and execute ideas in a structured manner
- • You are able to adapt quickly especially since you’ll be part of a fast-paced startup!
- • You’ve got a burning desire to connect your target market with your must have solution.
- • Prior experience in a fast-paced internet startup/entrepreneurial environment would be a plus
- • Fluent in English
- • You’re ready to roll up your sleeves and hustle your way and take on the rigour of this role
