1) Director Special Assistant (Right Hand Man) - Meticulous, disciplined and street smart, reminding and following director for business meetings and negotiations - Handle director line of business which includes properties management, call centre and legal services - Will be trained and certificates given by Lawyers. Networking sessions with Bankers will be aplenty  - ORD Personnel who held commanding experience in the army welcome   

2) Business Managers -Diploma/Degree in Business Management/Accountancy preferred - Handle pay rolls, prepare financial statements for the company  - Prepare CPF contribution tabulations for employees - File and keep record of all invoices/receipts and maintain P&L statements and Balance Sheets 

3) Team leader - Diploma/Degree in Business Management/HR/Marketing welcome to apply - Oversee a team of executives in the day to day operation - Interview, train, hire and provide reviews on the team - Maintain healthy key performance indicators for the team and work hand in hand with business associates 

4) Business Development Executives - Handle business enquiries by corresponding with SME owners in the region - Prepare invoices, quotations, and business plans and submit to director for approval of budget - Plan, Organize and prepare budget needed for each business development - Diploma/Degree holders welcome  

5) Mortgage Specialists -Diploma or degree welcome - Train in Sibor/Libor rates - Make comparisons daily on the plans and provide unbiased reports to end consumers - Prepare assets and liabilities statements for homeowners and interpret their financial ratios for them to assess on their suitability of any mortgage assessments  6) Investment Strategists - Trained in Exchange Traded Funds, Forex, REITS and Unit trusts - Prepare and monitor funds movement of the market and advise internal clientele - Attend fund managers training from time to time  - Prepare reports to end consumers -Diploma/Degree welcome
