We’re looking for a bilingual (Chinese & English) Social Media & Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team at Bluehive Consulting. If you love scrolling Xiaohongshu (小红书), creating TikTok content, spotting trends before everyone else, and want to turn your passion into real career skills — this role is for you.
This is a junior position where you’ll get hands-on experience working on real brands and campaigns. You’ll help plan and post content, write captions in both English and Chinese, support TikTok and Xiaohongshu accounts, coordinate simple video shoots, and engage with online communities. You don’t need years of experience — we care more about your creativity, curiosity, and willingness to learn. If you enjoy social media, storytelling, and digital trends, you’ll fit right in.
You’ll also get exposure to branding strategy, AI marketing tools, and client projects across different industries — which means you’ll learn much faster than in a typical entry-level role. We’re a supportive, growth-focused team that believes in developing young talent and giving you real responsibility early. Flexible timings, can work from home too. Open to those based overseas so long as you can help manage the Xiaohongshu accounts.
