Job Description

 

  • Recruit, grow and retain volunteers to support organisation’s activities
  • Engage volunteers to plan activities for Bizlink beneficiaries
  • Develop marketing and communication materials for Web and social media presence to increase outreach, engagement and impact volunteering and giving outcome
  • Organise and manage event activities and meetings
  • Other ad-hoc duties when assigned by HOD

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to work independently and in teams
  • Possess good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, comfortable to liaise with external vendors
  • Prior experience with event planning projects will be an advantage
