About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Intern to support our day-to-day administrative and operational functions. You will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of our training programmes, providing administrative support to the team, and assisting with documentation, coordination, and office operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the administrative backbone of a growing education organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Support the coordination of course materials, attendance lists, and certificates
- Help manage learner records and maintain proper documentation in our internal systems
- Liaise with trainers and learners for class logistics and follow-up matters
- Handle incoming enquiries and provide basic customer support via email or phone
- Assist in office operations, procurement, and inventory management
- Support ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned by supervisors
