Job Description

Be an Online Sales/ Growth Hacker with bB

We seek a creative, enthusiastic and confident candidate with exceptional sales, e-commerce, online sales, and growth hacking experience. As an online sales/ growth hacker, you will work independently with support from digital marketing volunteers and drive the online sales and donations forward on weatherhyde.org and achieve goals and targets. This is a full-time position based globally.     

Roles and Responsibilities

·       Increase online donations for weatherHYDE

·       Sell weatherHYDE to recreational users in the United States

·       Strong understanding of A/B testing

·       Analytics, data and driven by optimisation

·       Deeply focussed on growth and scalability

·       Design, build and execute online sales strategies

·       Create content, market and leverage existing brand awareness

·       Manage online channels to drive sales and donations


 What are we looking for

·       Prior e-commerce experience- preferably your own business or start-up

·       Fresh graduates welcome - business or marketing degree preferred

·       Creative mindset to build low-budget, high-impact campaigns 

·       Familiar with guerilla marketing strategies

·       Demonstrated success in achieving sales/ profit goals

·       Strong communication: visual, oral and written (English)

·      Digitally savvy, knowledge of Google and Office software

·       Ability to get things done

·       Eye for good design and graphics would help but not essential
