The new Research Intern will be responsible for gathering data to identify prospective clients across the APAC region, using a variety of tools including Microsoft Office applications, LinkedIn and Salesforce CRM systems.
You will have great communication skills, attention to detail, accuracy and strong I.T. skills. You will be comfortable taking the initiative to find appropriate resources and relevant information.
The ideal candidate will be very organised, independent and committed to helping an ambitious team focus on delivering great results.You will be working closely with the growing Singapore team on the pre-sales process and it’s a unique opportunity to learn on the job from experienced professionals including the MD and the CMO.
Key Responsibilities
•Pre-sales prospecting and qualifying prospective customers.
•Using all available apps and tools to perform research on leads which allow the team to have a personalised approach for every lead.
•Calling prospects, which includes C-level executives.
•Daily use of CRM system
•Using your imagination and creativity to craft messages that will stand out and generate responses.
About You
Here’s some skills and experience that you’ll need to be successful in this role:
•Bachelor degree or equivalent
•Some internship or work experience would be helpful
•Successful track record at cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting or selling in B2B.
•The ability to communicate with clients & colleagues in both written and spoken English.
•A valid work permit is essential.
